For the past year and a half, I created and managed content for Change Management’s social media channels. Some of the posts that I created consisted of blog posts, promotional events, weekly quotes, and any exciting news happening in and out of the office.
I enjoyed managing the social media channels at Change Management, because I think it really helped me connect with Change Management’s audience. During my internship I added on Instagram as one of Change Management’s channels. So far I have seen great results from creating this page because Instagram we have gained a great local following. Below, are a couple of Facebook posts with the highest reach. While managing social media for this channel, I noticed the most reach was when there are humans in the post because your audience can relate, rather that have it be a stock photo or a promotional graphic.
